Hi Team,
One of my customes has question on description of power-on sequencing in datasheet, from the description, tSU_SOP is "Setup time for SOP relative to PORz assertion." And tSU_SOP starts from PORz low to high transition, the minimum time is 20us.
However, from AM263x's datasheet and spradp6a.pdf, tSU_SOP satrts before PORz low to high transition, and ends in high state, the minimum time is 10us. I'd like to know which one is the right guidance to follow? Thanks.
