I wanted to give my old Hercules boards a test with the latest CCS I have instlalled, 20.3.15.
I have installed support for all devices, including thus Hercules MCUs. I have done the process now x 2, from scratch.
I cannot create a project which would allow me to select Any of the TMSxxx MCUs, nor lauchpads. Also, TI Resource Explorer does not find Any of those TMS based chips..
Also, the HalCoGen method of generating code and then importing it into this CCS does not work (as is the method documented in how to create project for older version of CCS using HalCoGen): when trying to import the folders it does not find any project files.
Thus, cannot create blank project At all in this version of CCS (ie., a blank without setting any target initially...) And cannot import files generaged by HalCoGen. So how then?
Has latest verion of CCS dropped support for them?
