I found the CCS script for the "factory reset auto" is not working to the G3507/C1104.

Please help to fix it.

    Hi Rio,

    Can you try the manual option?

    You can also try removing power from the device, hold down the NRST button on the LaunchPad, supply power while still holding the button, and attempt to perform the factory reset (manual) while still holding down the button.
