    Hi Jeno,

    This device was created several decades ago so we don't know the full breakdown. But below is an initial start. 

    -31: driver, 32: receiver

    -C: denotes the temperature range. "I" and "M" are the other options 

    -D: SOIC (D) package

    -R: packaged in tape & reel
