AM263P4: Resolver RDC static config checks failing

Could you please check which part of the static configurations are failing on your end? you can build the code in debug mode for easier variables checks. please share the `getParams` and `getParams` data for my reference.

Thank you Mihira for looking into the issue.

When I debugged the configs I found that few config parameters from RDC param Init differ from global gRdcParams. List of the params which differ are mentioned below:

**First value is in RDC Param Init, while second value is from global gRdcParams

• Core 0 BpfDc_dcOffCal1 -               9  ,     8 
• Core 0 Pg_estimationEnable -        1  ,      0 
• Core 0 Pg_estimationLimit -            0  ,      8 
• Core 1 BpfDc_dcOffCal1 -               9 ,       8 
• Core 1 Pg_estimationLimit -            0 ,       8 

Can you help me understand why a config written from sysconfig will not match the one RDC is configured to ? Or is there anything I can do make RDC pass static config checks.

The DcOffCal1 seems to have an incorrect assignment in one of the get Static Config API. this has been notified to the Team.
