LP-MSPM0L1306: How to modify LP-MSPM0L1306 to supply VDD with 1.9V

Hi Jerry,
If the customer wants to supply the MCU with 1.9V, then the customer can feed the board directly with 1.9V. The user can still debug through the USB if they remove the 3.3V or 5V. Otherwise, adding a voltage divider between the 3.3V rail on J101 could help reduce the voltage to 1.9V (a simple resistor divider on a breadboard should do it).
