AM263P4-Q1: UniFlash Flasher Programs Greatly Differ In Size

Hello,

I'm using the default flasher (am263px_cc_flasher.out) for TMDSCNCD263P. I now want to make a custom flasher based on it.

I expected that the following files would be the same and therefore the same size, give or take.

a)

C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_11_00_00_19\tools\flasher\prebuilt\am263px_flasher.out

b)

C:\ti\uniflash_9.3.0\deskdb\content\TICloudAgent\win\ccs_base\sitara_mcu\flasher\am263px_cc_flasher.out


However, the UniFlash version is 20% bigger than the SDK version. Makes me think I'm not using the right baseline project.

  1. Is "C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_11_00_00_19\tools\flasher\prebuilt\am263px_flasher.out" made from project "C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_11_00_00_19\tools\flasher\jtag_uniflash\am263px-cc\r5fss0-0_nortos"?
  2. Why is there such a huge difference in size between a) and b)?
