Regarding the above thread, our customer is still analyzing the logs, which is taking considerable time.
I will report back as soon as it is confirmed, so could you please keep the thread open?
Additionally, I have the following questions regarding Aaron's previous response.

This failure is expected as non-interleaved LRW access was not supported on the firmware available in 09.00 SDK. The corresponding support was enabled only in SDK v09.02.00.24.

Could you please provide documentation or a website detailing the specifics of this response?

Is the issue PINDSW-141 listed under “Fixed Issues” on the following site the cause of the malfunction that occurred on the customer's board this time?
Also, regarding this PINDSW-141, would it be possible to disclose the reasons why it did not work in the previous SDK and the details of the functional fixes?
