Hi,
I am using MSPM0G3107 for my project and I am using custom Board. I am simply toggling led in a task every second and every one minute I trigger BOOTRST. 

In some boards, it is working. But in some boards , device is not booting up after the BOOTRST.
A power Restart is required for it to work again.

    Please try to monitor the Vcc, Vcore, Reset signal when M0 trigger BOORST.

    And compare the normal and abnormal device's waveform, try to find any difference on hardware level first.

    Also, please use the same software to test on LP-MSPM0G3507.
