MSPM0G3507: MSPM0G on our board can not recognize from USB port

Hi, 

Now MSPM0G5117 on our board can not recognize from USB port and currently we found there is no 3.3V on pin29 VUSB33. Please help to check does this power is from internal regulator or need external power source? and also provide the Technical Reference Manual for MSPM0G511XX. We check the datasheet and Technical Reference Manual slau846c, but cannot find any information about power source for VUSB33 pin.
