MSPM0G3507: Internal high speed oscillator tolerance & aging

Part Number: MSPM0G3507

Dear Texas Instruments Forum,

I have a question about the MSPM0G3507 MCU. The datasheet (chapter 7.9 Clock Specifications) says if the internal oscillator is running at 32 MHz with factory trimming and the frequency correction loop it can achieve certain tolerance band.

If the MCU stays within the temeprature limits, will this tolerance band get wider (bigger tolerance) because of aging? Or is aging already considered in the clock precision that is specified in the data sheet?

Thank you in advance for your support!
