MSPM0C1106: TRM ADC section missing IIDX registers

Hello,

In the latest online TRM of the MSPM0C1106, there's no mention of the IIDX register:

Contrast to say the MSPM0L TRM:

Can we please make sure to add this on the next TRM revision? Might be good to make sure all the registers on the device are defined in the TRM.
