In standard IO structure ,can we drive pin GPIO PA0 without pullup!

Please let us know how to configure PA0 as output to drive transistor.

Hi Seema,
You cannot due that PA0 is a open-drain pin. You'll need a pullup to drive anything with this pin. After doing the previous, you can control the pin as a GPIO.
