TM4C1294NCPDT: Upgrade the MCU chip

Hi Experts,

After some years of using the above TI MCU by hundreds and more we want to upgrade our HW and add the EtherCAT to our communication capabilities.

What TI chips could you advice me to look into, that have an EtherCAT part of the SoC , integrated on the chip? The rest of chip parameters could be similat to the TM4C1294NCPDT , just more GPIO pins more UART ports, and a faster CPU clock.

Nice to have, a flash on-chip and an eeprom + ROM like we use on the TM4C1294NCPDT MCU.

Several of the Sitara MPU parts such as AM64x, AM335x, AM437x, AMIC110, and AMIC120, support Ethercat. Take a look at these to see if any meet you use case.

Note however, none of these support internal flash memory.
