TMS570 pin diagram

Appreciate pointers to the following

 

  1. I was looking for a TMS570 pinout diagram in reference manual, however could not find it. Could someone point me to a link of this diagram.
  2. Also is ETM available in both BGA and QFP package.

    Raj,

    pinout and ballout information can be found in the device datasheet. For devices with the ETM feature, such as the 'LS31x family, etm is only available on the bga version.

    Brian,

    Obviously ETM is great for software debugging. That would mean BGA would be better for software development. However manufacturing and production would have overheads with BGA. We cannot develop and qualify hardware on BGA and go to production on a flat pack. I am sure other may have come up with similar question, do you have any suggestions.
