MSPM0C1104: MSPM0C1104: BSL Serial Port Programming Failure

## Problem
BSL_GUI_EXE fails to program MSPM0C1104 via serial port with two errors:

1. **Mass Erase (0x15)**: Returns `BSL:00` instead of `00 08 02 00 3B 00 38 02 94 82`
2. **Program Data (0x20)**: No response (timeout)

Serial port sniffer data is attached for analysis.

## Environment
- **Hardware**: LP-MSPM0C1104
- **OS**: Ubuntu 22.04
- **SDK**: MSPM0 SDK 2.08.00.03 (installed via CCS 20.3.1.00005)
- **BSL**: flash_bsl
- **Application**: bsl_software_invoke_app_demo_uart

## Request
Can you confirm if BSL_GUI_EXE serial programming is supported on LP-MSPM0C1104?
We need verification that this workflow should work before investigating further.

Hello Smith,

Sorry for the late response. Could you try to read out the FLASH data after this issue occurs? I think maybe the FLASH -BSL region has also been erased after you use the "mass erase" command. In fact, our demo has set static write protection through configuring NONMAIN. But NONMAIN configuration taking affect need to repower the M0. If you directly do BSL operations after you download the Flash_bsl and bsl_software_invoke demo, maybe there will be issues.

I’ve shared the link showing how we built BSL_GUI_EXE on an Ubuntu 22.04 machine. You can try to reproduce the issue on the EVK board.

Hello Smith,

I am not familiar with Ubuntu. But I have tried to use our SDK demo and our GUI directly to do tests, I find that it can work normally. For the erase command, M0 can return correct data package. Could you please help to check this before?
