There is a known issue with the TI System Configuration Tool (SysConfig), where it is possible to select a factory trimmed 4MHz SYSOSC frequency for the MSPM0C110x devices. This is not an available feature on these devices, and selecting this frequency in the Clock Tree will not have any effect.
