Aircraft battery BMS
The experimental board uses the NXP S32K, C929 model (an upgraded model from C919). It has the requirement for functional safety (ASILC to ASILD). We need to check if the AM2X-Q1 or AM6X-Q1 is suitable.

Please recommend the most suitable chip.

Hi Tonyx,

S32K, is a M7 core MCU, so am263px will be a good option to choose.

It supports a safety rating up to ASIL D. Let me know if you need more info.

This application is located within the BMS of the aircraft. It requires being able to function at altitudes above 5000 meters, or having a history of previous applications on aircraft.

In that case I would recommend AM263P4 as this is being used by other aerospace customers.
