Hi,

My customer has a question about LPDDR4 frequency on the SysConfig.

On the latest SysConfig, the LPDDR4 frequency is fixed as 800MHz.

Since they’re using 533MHz, they want to set 533MHz on the SysConfig.

How can they set 533MHz ?

Is there any restriction on AM243x device such as LPDDR4 supports only 800MHz ?

The tool does not support a frequency other than 800MHz for AM243x, however, the silicon can support 533MHz. As a workaround, you can use the AM64x version of the tool https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM64x which will support different frequencies. The AM64x and AM243x DDR controller is the same IP.
