AM263P2-Q1: Use AM263 board with QSPI boot to replace AM263 to AM263P

Hi,

My customer want to replace AM263 to AM263P pin-compatible device on AM263 board with QSPI boot.  Is it possible for AM263P to boot from QSPI Flash (Not OSPI)?

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the AM263P device.

    Yes, the AM263P supports booting from QSPI flash. Both single-lane (1S) and quad-lane (4S) QSPI boot modes are supported, making it pin-compatible with the AM263 in this regard.
