Hi experts,
AM243 is certified for SIL2 on HW level while Am261 is reaching SIL3.
Considering this document: AM26x and Am24x devices seem to be pretty similar .
However, there is one major difference: no Lockstep on AM243x, However therefore Am243x has multiple R5F cores that could be used to create a second chanel as well as the FFI Island.
Is there any difference between those parts that explains the different certification ?
