MSPM0L1116: Is flash memory address continuous or not?

Part Number: MSPM0L1116

From datasheet, MSPM0L1116 have 64kB flash size, and it is seprated to 2 flash banks.

Bank 0: 0x0.0000 - 0x0.7FFF

Bank 1: 0x1.0000 - 0x1.7FFF

So the address assignment of this 64kB flash discontinuous?

But from J-link, the start address of Bank 1 is 0x8000 not 0x10000

Which one is correct?
