Part Number: AM263P4-Q1
Hi Team,
We have a few queries regarding the resolver implementation on the AM263‑CC (PROC159B), and we would appreciate your support.
We are working with the RDC peripheral and providing differential sine and cosine signals as inputs to the AM263‑CC controller card. We are using the resolver_angle_speed example from the SDK, but we are not seeing the expected PWM excitation signals on the oscilloscope.
In the SDK, we noticed that the i2c_io_expander_resolver_adc component supports three board revisions: REV A, REV E1, and REV E2. Since we are using the standard AM263‑CC card (PROC159B), we would like to clarify the following:
- Do we need to modify any settings in the example.syscfg file in CCS for the AM263‑CC card for all the peripherals like I2C, RESOLVER, EEPROM and PMIC?
- Are any additional hardware or software changes required for enabling resolver mode?
- For example, any switches or jumpers on the AM263‑CC board that need to be configured.
Requesting your guidance on the correct configuration to ensure proper resolver operation.
Thank you for your support.
Best Regards,
Shilpa
