manufacturer, which uses a different boot mode than the official AM62x standard.
It's not possible someone to implement "non-standard boot modes" because this is something hardcoded in the SoC's ROM.

Also, from your screenshots, I cannot see pull-down resistors that must keep BOOTMODE pins low when a DIP switch is OFF.
See this requirement in the TRM Note:
Plus, it is possible to hard code some of the pins if they are not needed to be switchable, however make sure that they are also pulled up or down with resistors as per application requirements.
