AM62P: kernel start failed, When I change DDR size 1GB

Hi Ti

I use AM62P SKEVM board , SDK is  11_01_05_03  

I want change AM62P SKEVM board 8GB DDR size to 1GB DDR size

When modify dts ,Then kernel start failed 

there is my dts

How to reslove the kernel dead issue ?  when I modify Memory size  1GB
