RM44L520: NDA agreement with TI

Dear Sir or Madam,

We want to use your Lockstep RM44L520APGET microcontroller in a safety-oriented radio remote control receiver. The goal is SIL3 certification. For this project, we need the following documents from TI (according to the Safety Manual for RM44x Hercules spnu621a.pdf):

Safety Analysis Report Summary for RM44x ARM®-Based Safety Critical Microcontrollers (SPNU624)
Detailed Safety Analysis Report for RM44x ARM®-Based Safety Critical Microcontrollers (SPNU625)

We should be given the opportunity to complete our FMEDA and implement the controller correctly in the hardware.

We have already submitted this request via the E2E portal (but the case was closed without any results), but so far we have not even managed to obtain an NDA.

Am I in the right place with this request, or can you help me further?
