I haven't worked with cross-triggering before but one possibility is that the C110x series doesn't offer it for any timers. I observe that:

1) The Example (timx_timer_mode_pwm_x_trig_stop_restore) Diego mentioned doesn't appear among the C1104 (nor C1106) examples.

2) Notable by its absence from the C1104 data sheet (SLASF90D) is the cross-triggering table found in G3507 data sheet (SLASEX6C) Table 8-17 or L1306 data sheet (SLASEX0D) Table 8-12.

What does sysconfig say when you try to configure it?

Hi Bruce, I created just a simple project using TIMA0 and TIMG8, but I could not get it working. Please find the attached.  "Any example code for cross trigger TIMG8 by TIMA0, so TIMG8 starts after a variable shift of time. Both TIMA0 and TIMG8 work with %50 duty cycle. I cannot figure out SysConfig as well as main (or any possible ISR) for this cross trigger."
