Hello,
I am currently testing the MCAN loopback example provided in the SDK on our MSP-based device.
While running the MCAN internal loopback example, I am observing the following issues:
1. No TX waveform is observed on the CAN_TX pin when monitored with an oscilloscope or logic analyzer.
2. The application enters the error condition, and the variable `gError` is set to `true`.
The example is used without modification.
My questions are:
1. In MCAN internal loopback mode, should a physical TX waveform be observable on the CAN_TX pin?
2. Are there any additional clock, pin-mux, or transceiver-related configurations required for this example to function correctly?
3. Is this example intended to work without an external CAN transceiver connected?
4. Are there any known issues or required fixes related to this MCAN loopback example?
