MSPM33C321A: MSPM33C321x data flash read without ECC correction

I can see there is ECC Uncorrected Data read on MSPM0G3519 TRM

But, there is no such description on M33C321A TRM

The M33C321A has a single region for flash reading. What is the need for the uncorrected memory?

Hello Eric,

It will be good if we have uncorrected read access to Data flash because we don’t want exceptions during read of not fully programmed data flash due to power loss (anyhow we have CRC on upper layer) . So we want to be sure that no ECC fault will occur during such read. (in automotive area power could fail at any moment). For MSP0L there is such non corrected area, and the spec forM33 says the same.
