Hi Team,

Posting on behalf of our customer.

I will share this E2E post to our customer so he can reply when needed.

I am using the AM2634 and I'm trying to latch the eQEP position synchronously with the top of the PWM.

As mentioned in another question, the ADCSOCA signal is not available as a strobe source, and I cannot find any other signal from the PWM XBAR that can be used for this purpose.

Is there another way to achieve this operation with minimal latency, other than routing the SYNCOUT signal to a physical pin and using another pin as the strobe input?

Hi Danilo,

Yes, a physical GPIO pin needs to be used as input to strobe and you can compensate for latency by adjusting the event occurrence (Ex: PWM CMP value).

Unfortunately, can't find any better way than this.
