MSPM0L1227-Q1: FLASHDED error happens when we access to BANK1 during executing the application on BANK0.

Hi Experts,

We faced the FLASHDED error when we access to BANK1 during running the application on BANK0.

Now we are implementing the backup function of BANK1 during running the application on BANK0. But the FLASHDED error happen. But in contrast we did not fased the FLASHDED error when we accessed BANK0 during executing the applicaion on BANK1.

Could you advice us about followings?

#1 Could you tell me the condition FLASHDED happens?

#2 How to avoid FLASHDED issues.

#3 How to handle when FLASHED error happens.

Hello Ito,

Was the flash previously erased? Were you writing into a blank Flash bank?

There is a DEDERRADDR register that should capture the Address of where the FLASHDED was detected. Can you check which address gave you the FLASHDED?

Based on your advice, we solved this issue. It seems there was un-erased area existing. And they designed properly, the error was solved. Thank you very much for your support.
