AM625SIP: AM625 BL31 Boot hang

Part Number: AM625SIP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM625

I have produced 100 custom boards using the AM625, and some of the boards a boot hang.
After reapplying power, they operate normally. This issue occurs regardless of whether the power-off time is a few seconds or tens of seconds.
The problem happens consistently with both eMMC and SD card boot.
What should I check first to resolve this issue?

Below is the boot log where the hang occurs.
