I have a TMS570 MDK. I went through the exercises to create the Blinky example and I was able to compile, link, flash on the target and debug using CCS version 4.2.4.00033. I tried to use nowFlash v3.38 and v3.39 to flash the target program on the MDK and I got a strange error as follows:
Error 182 - Measured frequency 208.24 MHz not within +/-30% of target 140.0 MHz.
