AM3357: DDR 3 Alternate

I am seeking a replacement for the obsolete MT41J128M16JT-125:K TR memory used in the ICE evaluation board design. Can you provide a list of validated DDR3 alternatives that are footprint-compatible and supported by the AM3357.

Here are few options that I have found.

    We don't have any lists of validated memories.  The AM335x DDR interface is compatible with JEDEC compliant memories.  If the devices you choose are JEDEC compatible (which i believe all those listed except for the last one), then they should be compatible with AM335x.  You might need a slightly different DDR configuration, which can be obtained using the EMIF tool for AM335x:   https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprack4

    Note, ISSI and Intelligent Memory are two different vendors.  The part number you quote is from IM, but the datasheet does not claim JEDEC compliance.
