Part Number: AM2632

Currently I use TI AM2632 MCU and integrate diagnostic measures of ADC, 

I have a question: II check the AM263x safety manual, but there is no suggestion or detail description of Software Test of Function Including Error Tests(ADC1), I look forward for TI's support.

    This safety mechanism highly depends on hardware implementation. During the startup phase, the hardware needs to route a specific reference voltage to the ADC input for sampling. After sampling, it is necessary to check whether the result meets the expectations.
