Reg: AM263P4 SIP variant contains 8 MB of flash memory.

Can you please provide the memory start and end addresses for the flash memory, and how much of the 8 MB memory is accessible?

Hi,

The OSPI IP memory range accessible is 128MB. As you can see in the TRM below:

The AM263P4 SIP variant has a 8MB in package flash connected
