TM4C1236H6PM: Is it possible to get interrupt when wide timer roll-over 0->0xFFFFFFFF in Input Edge-Time Mode?

Hi.

I am using Input Edge-Time Mode to measure periods between edges.

I was wondering I there is reliable way to know when timer register GPTMTAV has rolled-over to reset value ?

Timeout intterupt and match interrupt does not work in Input Edge-Time Mode. Is there an interrupt that can be triggered when this happens?

Hi Karlis,

The easiest workaround I can think of is using an ISR to check if the value reset to 0 from 0xFFFFFFFF.

The other option is to use a second Timer to trigger periodically and do the above.

Yea, thanks , I also thought that this might work. Anyhow I resolved my issue in entirely different way.
