AM263P4-Q1: XDS110 USB Debug Probe-Unable to access the DAP Issue

Hi Team,
Could you please help us with the issue described below? When we try to flash or debug the AM263Px-LP or AM263Px-CC, we occasionally encounter a DAP error. Could you advise on how to resolve this?

Do we need to follow any steps before debugging/flashing the application.

Hi Shilpa,

You are not expected to connect to the M4 core,as that is the HSM core, when the device is in HS FS mode.

HSM core is accessible for debug when device is converted to HSSE.

The difference between HSFS and HSSE is present here - www.ti.com/.../sprt788.pdf

You can disable core connect to M4 core, by enabling Bypass in the target configuration:

Look at the bottom of the view and click on advance to see above view:

Or if you directly launching a debug session from a project make sure to unselect the M4 core as below:
