How to programme the OTP eFuse in AM62Lx , in our board design, we are using the reduced boot mode strap configuration (Bootmode pins 15:12). As per the datasheet, it is mentioned that for eFuse programming, Bootmode pin 15 should be driven low. However, in our current hardware design, Bootmode pin 15 is permanently pulled high.
Since eFuse is a one-time programmable (OTP) feature, we would like to confirm whether it is mandatory to drive Bootmode pin 15 low during the programming process. Is it possible to program the eFuse without changing the state of Bootmode pin 15 to low?
