AM2612: The LBIST function affects STL

Hi TI experts, 

When integrating the LBIST function based on SDK mcu_plus_sdk_am261x_11_00_00_28 in SBL, the initialization of STL under the APP caused the program to crash. The STL version is AM261x_STL_10_02_00_02, and STL only has the Lib library but no source code.May I ask if you have encountered a similar situation?

    Please download the demo that customer used from:

    And please use below operation to use the demo:

    • This demo is based on SDK version mcu_plus_sdk_am261x_11_00_00_28

    • Unzip the stl and place it in the mcu_plus_sdk_am261x_11_00_00_28\source directory

    • hello_world_am261x-som_r5fss0-0_nortos_ti-arm-clang_new integrates STL functionality based on the hello demo

    • sbl_null_am261x-som_r5fss0-0_nortos_ti-arm-clang integrates LBIST functionality and OSPI configuration based on the sbl null project, supporting the loading of APP
