Part Number: MSPM0G3507
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG
Hi,
customer installed latest SDK mspm0_SDK_2_10_00_04 and included the new sources in his project.
Then updated SysConfig from version 1.24.1 to 1.26.2 to make sure that the SysConfig runs with the latest SDK. In the new SysConfig, open his project and update the LIB. All saved. So far so good. Everything works.
In his IAR project, he included his SysConfig project (.syscfg) as a file in the project. This allows him to open the SysConfig project directly from IAR. Has worked out so far.
After customizing the custom argument variables (paths fit, also have the file out
"C:\ti\mspm0_SDK_2_10_00_04\tools\iar\ MSPM0_SDK.custom_argvars" used)
He got this message when calling .syscfg in IAR Workbench:
(Error loading extension from: C:\ti\sysconfig_1.26.2. Manifest file is missing or unreadable)
Once again he installed the old SysConfig 1.24.1 the Custom Argument Variables back to the old version as well as the LIB back to 2.02 and he could re-open the SysConfig project directly from the IAR Workbench.
Actually, it should work again after adapting the LIB version and SysConfig version. Has always worked this way with previous version changes.
Could you perhaps find out why the SysConfig file is no longer callable directly from IAR Workbench?
He uses IAR version 9.70.2
Regards, Holger
