We have identified an erratum for the AM2632 chip titled "RAM SEC can cause Spurious RAM writes resulting in L2 & MBOX memory corruption" (i2427). However, according to information from TI US, the second workaround ("Disallow Partial writes to the memory") does not fully resolve the issue. Please update workaround option 2 as soon as possible, or provide an alternative solution that balances both safety and usability.
