Not able to find SoC Analysis -> Traffic Profiling in CCS 20.5 for AM243/AM6x.

Are there plans to add traffic profiling to CCS20.5 or do I need to revert to CCS 12.8.

There are no plans to add this back to CCS 20.5. Hence you'll need to revert to CCS 12.8.
