The timer 12 resolution is mentioned 16 bit and 32 bit in datasheet and user manual respectively.

Assuming that the Timer 12 is 32 bit, I tried to create a timer loop of 1 second but sysconfig throws error while building that "Desired Timer Period is out of range" .

    Hi Dheeraj,

    I see there are some quality issues with the sysconfig for timer peripheral in the SDK. We have noticed quite a few issues regarding the timer sysconfig. Let me escalate this internally and try to get a resolution for these timer issues.

    Hey Dheeraj,

    Thank you for noticing this documentation discrepancy as well, we will have this resolved.

    For clarification, in the hardware itself, TIMG12 = 32-bit and TIMG4 = 16-bit.
