Regarding the RAM address parity check in AM263Px MCU+ SDK 09.02.00, is it possible to check OCSRAM? If address parity checking is possible with OCSRAM, please provide details such as the API to use, the order of calls, the values to specify as arguments, and any constraints.

Apologies for the delayed response.

I couldn't find any information related to address parity checking for OCRAM on SDK and TRM, i am checking with internal design team once to get confirmation on the same.

I will provide my updates soon.

Internal team also confirmed the same,

Address parity check is only supported on TCM, and not on OCSRAM
