As far as I know you can't do this on the C1104. The only peripheral trigger is ADC0 [Ref datasheet (SLASF90C) Table 8-2] and the I2C doesn't provide any generic events.

This appears to be possible on the C1106 [Ref datasheet (SLASFJ6B) Table 8-3], but I don't see any Examples for it.
