AM2612: Generate new flash json file for new flash chip

Hi experts,

I am trying to generate new json file for new flash chip referring to https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM261X/latest/exports/docs/api_guide_am261x/CUSTOM_FLASH_SUPPORT_GUIDE.html

This guide need to set the chip to no boot mode by using JS script

I do not find the loadJSFile instruction in CCS
