MSPM0G3519: Regarding Compile issue on GHS compiler

Hello team,

we are using MCAL : MCAL_MSPM0_00.09.00.00 package qualified on Clang compiler but we are trying to integrate this MCAL on GHS compiler and we are facing compilation issue.  Added support for Green Hills Software (GHS) Compiler with conditional detection, for this mention below modules files:

Fee\src\Fee.c

Fls\V1\Fls_ac.h ,Fls_Ctrl.c, and Fls_Priv.c

Icu\V0\Icu_Priv.c

Mcu\src\Mcu_common.c

Lin\src\Lin_common.c

include\hw\cmsis_compiler.h and added 
 cmsis_ghs.h added CMSIS compiler specific macros, functions, instructions for Green Hills Software (GHS) compiler support file.
