Hello Ti Team,

We are currently working on a custom made AM2634 based hardware, In that we have developed our own bare metal ethernet driver. The driver is working fine with external transmission and reception but when we are trying to test MAC and PHY loopback the transmitted packets are not being recieved. For MAC loopback we have enabled LOOPBACK bit in register CPSW_NC_ETH_MAC_PN_MAC_CONTROL_REG_K but the packets were not being recieved. Same thing is happening PHY loopback.

    Im sorry but we cannot support custom driver debugs, one suggestion i can provide is:

    1. Get a CPSW register dump of working case (TI EVM + TI Driver with the SDK loopback application for MAC and PHY)

    2. Get a CPSW register dump of non-working case (custom HW and driver)

    Can you compare the above and check if you see any register differences?
