What direction is the -2 mA on the I_d spec here:

Does -2 mA mean 2 mA INTO the MSPM0? Or out of the MSPM0?

Hi Munan,

The negative value should mean that the current is flowing out of the pin.

Hey Morgan,

Thanks for the feedback, why is the positive current into the diode so low? This is way lower than most of the other MSPM0's

Hey Munan,

That device uses a special type of IO. The high side injection current was very limited which is why you see it being lower than other M0's.
